My journey into the recruitment world began over 10 years ago—completely by accident. But what started as a stumble quickly turned into a passion. I worked my way up from a junior recruiter to holding leadership positions in both recruitment and human resources.

Over time, I realized I wanted more autonomy—not just for myself, but for the people I served. I wanted to create a space where I could truly cater to my candidates and provide a customized, meaningful experience. I also sought a better balance between work and family life. As a wife and mom to five beautiful children, flexibility became a top priority.

That’s when Stellaire Solutions was born.
